Precious Flowers Event Design began as a heartfelt family dream.
In 2001, Sarah’s mother, Grace Goncalves, founded Precious Flowers N’ Things with a vision to bring beauty and meaning to life’s most cherished moments through floral design. Joined by her husband Tony in 2006, the pair grew the studio into a trusted name known for creativity, care, and impeccable service. Though they are no longer with us, their spirit and passion continue to guide everything we do. In 2013, their daughter Sarah embraced their legacy, and by 2017, she evolved the business into Precious Flowers Event Design—a modern reflection of her parents’ timeless values and love for the art of florals. |

My name is Sarah Goncalves, I am the CEO and owner of Precious Flowers Event Design. I have been involved in the floral industry since 2001. In 2013, I started my own floral event design business. I named it Precious Flowers Event Design and I truly Love what I do. My vision is heavily influenced by my mother, Grace Goncalves who once had her own floral event design business and it was called Precious Flowers N’ Things (2001). At the time it was a day to day flower shop that also took part in designing thousands of events ranging from Weddings to Corporate Events. My mother founded the company driven by her passion for creating beautiful floral arrangements and her genuine love for her craft and for all things flowers. With this passion the company grew and in 2006 my father, Tony Goncalves, joined the team to help distribute the work load and began managing the business. Due to unforeseen circumstances, they are both not with us today….But their passion lives within me. Since 2013, I have made it my life’s work to continue creating beautiful and unforgettable event designs that push the limits of imagination. My ultimate goal is always complete customer satisfaction. My team and I look forward to working with you to bring your dream event design to life. |
